The Total Home Care Club is Yorktowne’s whole-home maintenance membership. It combines annual HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and whole-home inspections with ongoing member benefits and a permanent documented history of your home.
How many inspections do members receive each year?
Members receive five annual inspections: cooling, heating, electrical, plumbing, and Yorktowne’s Whole Home Maintenance Inspection.
What is included in the Whole Home Maintenance Inspection?
A Yorktowne Service Expert reviews the home more broadly, including exterior areas, hidden spaces such as the attic and basement, interior living areas, and future maintenance priorities.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $480 per year or $40 per month.
Do members receive discounts on repairs?
Yes. Total Home Care Club members receive a 15% discount on service work during their membership.
Do members receive priority scheduling?
Yes. Priority scheduling is included as a membership benefit.
Is there an after-hours premium for members?
No. Total Home Care Club members receive the member rate regardless of the time of day or night.
